The main feature at KC Resort Villas is undoubtedly its spectacular infinity pool. There is also a spa area offering professional massage and other treatments, and for the more active, a full fitness centre.

Positive Reviews
positive:
Spectacular view site
It seems that it was the spectacular views from the hotel's hillside location that most impressed guests about KC Resort and Villas. Guests waxed lyrical about just how lovely and endless the sea views were from such a commanding position.
positive:
Friendly staff
While guests did, unfortunately, have quite a few issues with the hotel itself, they were nearly unanimous in their praise of its staff. They were described as unfailingly friendly and cheerful, and this attitude seemed to put the guests in a much better mood.
positive:
Very quiet location
The hotel's location up on the hill definitely set it apart from the party oriented hotels right on the beachfront. Guests describe the atmosphere as very tranquil. Also mentioned was that the hotel lays on a shuttle bus to its sister property, which has a bit of a party reputation, at Chaweng Beach.
Negative Reviews
negative:
May be in need of renovation
Quite a few guests mentioned that the hotel is really in need of a renovation, with things looking a bit dated here, and a bit shabby there. While everything was still functional, they didn't think that the tired décor was suitable for a hotel of this star rating.
negative:
Breakfast was not a hit
It was hard to find anything good written about the breakfast. Guests describe it as poorly presented, meagre and with very little variety. Curiously for a Thai hotel, even the fruit offerings were said to be less than stellar.
negative:
Some issues with cleanliness
While not a universal complaint, there were far too many complaints about dirty rooms, especially bathrooms, to ignore. It seems that there may be some lack of oversight leading to some rooms ending up being poorly cleaned.>
