Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and tidy throughout the premises.
If you can't stand any dust or dirt in the hotel your stay in then you'll be just fine here. This place is kept spick and span from top to bottom and housekeeping do a stellar job of making up the rooms each day.
positive:
Excellent service from all the members of staff.
You'll be treated like a valued guest from the moment you step foot in the door, with five star service provided by everyone working here. No request is too big or small, so if you need something just ask at reception.
positive:
Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet.
Each morning you wake up here means enjoying the huge array of food and drink on offer at the breakfast buffet. Choose from hot items like bacon, eggs, and fried tomatoes, or go for fresh fruits, yogurt, and cereals.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi is a bit patchy.
Staying connected to the internet can end up being a bit of a pain here. The free Wi-Fi signal is not strong in all areas of the hotel so sometimes getting connected can be difficult.
negative:
Not exactly the best location in Medellin.
If you want to be close to the main tourist and business district in Medellin then you might want to consider staying in a different hotel. This place is in the south east of the city and there isn't that much to see or do within a short walk.
negative:
This place needs a thorough refurbishment.
A hotel that is starting to fall behind the times, expect to see dated decorating and old furniture when you stay here. When considering this is a five star hotel it's a bit disappointing, so some refurbishment would go a long way.
