Guests are happy with the quality of the accommodation at this hotel. The rooms are described as clean and the beds provide a comfortable night's sleep.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Can be a little noisy
As is often the case in a busy city like San Francisco, the rooms to the front of the property experience a certain amount of noise disturbance from the passing pedestrians and traffic. Leaving the window closed does tend to help however, and the rooms at the back are said to be quieter, so bear this in mind if you decide to book here.
negative:
Staff issues
This hotel doesn't operate a reception desk. Guests mention that instead it is necessary to seek out the staff members who work in the restaurant in order to check in and out. While this is generally not a problem, it does mean that there aren't any concierge services which guests might expect.
negative:
Housekeeping could be better
Guests would like to see a better standard of housekeeping. Occasionally they weren't supplied with towels and toiletries which was disappointing.
