Hotel Impérial Palace (Annecy, France)

The guest rooms at L'Imperial Palace are very large with lots of storage area and room to move around. Also reported was comfortable beds and furnishings, plenty of amenities to ensure comfort and convenience, beautiful views and Wi-Fi that is always working.

Guests reported that the breakfast served each morning is exquisite with lots of quality, well-prepared items to choose from and the option to sit inside or outdoors in the beautiful garden. Also reported was staff who have no issue preparing food for guests who arrive late or who would like a meal outside of regular serving hours.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is situated right on the lake with a view of mountains and beautiful gardens and the grounds are well-kept and quite a distance from the main road. Guests also reported that the location is central with the village of Annecy is only a 15-minute walk away.

Guests reported that the staff at L'Imperial Palace seem bored and uninterested in dealing with guests. Some staff members are rude and others simply ignore requests. No attempts are made to see if guests are doing ok or if they need anything and issues go unresolved.

The guest rooms at this hotel are quite small and lack many of the amenities guests said they would expect in any hotel room. Guests reported that the Wi-Fi has poor connection in the rooms, the shower doesn't work properly, there is a shortage of hot water and the air conditioning doesn't work.

Guests reported that the grounds of the hotel are open to the public to anyone can just walk right into the grounds and the hotel itself. There are always lots of people around and there is no privacy anywhere except in your room.
