Many visitors felt the rooms were fairly quiet as the soundproofing measures were quite effective. Budget-conscious travellers often said it was good value for money as room prices were usually competitive for the neighbourhood.

Motorists were pleased to have the option of indoor parking nearby and said the hotel was also easily reached by car as it was just off the Boulevard Périphérique. Although it was in the north-western suburbs of Paris, it was within walking distance of many attractions in the 17th and 18th arrondissements of the city. It was reportedly quick and easy to get around the rest of central Paris as it was a short stroll from the nearest metro and RER stations for underground and regional trains.

Diners often praised the affordable continental breakfast option, which featured a varied selection including cheeses, cold meats, eggs, cereals and pastries.

Although many guests said they dealt with professional and friendly members of staff, some critics claimed they occasionally encountered rude or unhelpful personnel at reception. There were also several reports of inconsistent housekeeping standards in the rooms.

The free Wi-Fi network was a bonus for reviewers. However, some users claimed the signal was patchy in places or that speeds were sometimes sluggish.

Critics occasionally pointed out shortcomings in some of the rooms such as smoky smells or rubbish leftover from previous occupants. Some guests also faced difficulties adjusting the room temperature to their liking.
