Pleasant Personnel
The staff are reported to be friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who speaks English so you don't have to worry about a language barrier. Guests say the front desk will happily provide you with directions or recommendations if necessary, and any requests will be accommodated if possible.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small Space
Though not surprising for Paris, many rooms are reported to be small. Guests say they felt uncomfortable with a large group.
negative:
Limited Amenities
Unfortunately, there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and guests found this a bit inconvenient. However, you can request hot water from the front desk whenever you need it. They will also happily refrigerate a small item or two for you.
negative:
Fresh Air
There is no air conditioning in the hotel but a fan is provided in every room. However, guests say this doesn't really help, as the rooms tend to get very hot and stuffy, especially in the summer months. You can also open the windows, but be aware that you will then be susceptible to road noise.
