Negative Reviews
negative:
The walls are not well insulated
Unfortunately, the walls and ceilings here are not well insulated and you may be disturbed by noise coming from the guests who are staying beside and above you. This is also a popular destination for weddings and private events, and the noise levels can be over-the-top when the party is in full swing.
negative:
The Wi-Fi can be unreliable
The Wi-Fi can be unreliable in the guest rooms both in speed and connectivity. This could be problematic if want to use your devices on demand or stream content. Luckily, the connectivity is better in the public spaces.
negative:
The service is slow in the restaurant
The service can be slow in the restaurant and bar even when it isn’t busy. This can be frustrating, but once the food arrives you’ll find it was worth the wait.
