Positive Reviews
positive:
Buffet Bonanza
Reviewers are routinely surprised by the standard of the breakfast spread. The complimentary buffet is replete with fresh items, with enough choices to sate even the fussiest of palates. Guests recommend getting down to the breakfast room early as the room can get busy towards late morning.
positive:
Heavenly Housekeeping
Happy housekeepers work tirelessly to ensure your stay is comfortable in every way. Bedrooms and bathrooms are always immaculate and cleaned at your convenience. This ethos extends throughout the hotel’s common areas, with more than one guest declaring it to be the cleanest hotel they’ve ever stayed in.
positive:
Super Shuttle
Of all the services purveyed here, the complimentary shuttle is perhaps the most appreciated. A free airport transfer gets guests from arrivals lounge to lobby in minutes. The service will transfer you to anywhere within a five-mile radius, which incorporates a wealth of attractions and eateries.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Front-Desk Furore
From time to time, mix ups at the front desk get stays off to a bad start. Some guests arrive to find their pre-booked rooms of choice unavailable, while others have been turned away and told their pre-booked rooms have been sold on to others.
negative:
Weird Washrooms
Seasoned travelers find guest bathrooms here a little to be small. The door misses the toilet by inches, and the shower cubicle itself is claustrophobic. To exacerbate the issue further, the poor shower door design means floors become covered in water, which is both annoying and dangerous.
negative:
Isolated Issues
Negative comments for this hotel, its amenities and its staff are uncommon. Occasionally, a housekeeping hiccup disappoints, an unstable Wi-Fi signal annoys or a noisy group of travelers prevents sleep, but these instances are rare, isolated and not reflective of the excellence generally experienced.
