They offer good amenities like Wi-Fi, iPod docks etc. Single-sex suites are also available, making it convenient for solo travelers to stay independently. Plus, there are microwaves and minifridges in the suites making stay of the guests more convenient.
Staff working in the hotel is well-trained and has a professional attitude. They are always attentive, assist the guests whenever required and maintain a cheerful face all the time. Guests were highly impressed with the courtesy and helpful nature of the staff, and said that, they almost felt like home because of the hospitality.
The hotel enjoys a very nice location, convenient from the Highway and close to the city center as well. A lot of restaurants, bars as well as shopping centers are in close proximity from the hotel, thus providing the guests with loads of options. All major tourist attractions in Silicon Valley are also close to the property.
Wi-Fi service in the rooms is to be paid for separately. There was a lot of confusion about the price of Wi-Fi being included in the rooms, which actually wasn’t. Though there is free Wi-Fi in common areas, that too has poor connectivity
Breakfast buffet in the hotel is made to order as per the guest requirements. But this is a time consuming process and ends up in a lot of chaos. Servicing the guests takes time and there are undue delays in breakfast.
Beds in the suites are quite uncomfortable. There is lack of padding in the beds and hence they are very hard to sleep on. Guests said it was difficult to have a nice, peaceful sleep on such uneasy beds.
