Guests said that the they had a nice time relaxing in the rooms as they were up-to-date and comforting with all the amenities.
The hotel is located in the heart of Lenox, just on Route 20. Its easily accessible by road transport and is quick to locate. There are many restaurants and bars in the area close by from the hotel. Plus, major tourist attractions are also located within a short drive. Guests said that the hotel was centrally located for all activities.
Staff at the hotel was extremely professional and extended excellent customer service to the guests. They greeted the guests with a warm welcoming attitude, were polite and cordial as well as were available whenever their assistance was required.
Rates charged for stay at the hotel were way too expensive as compared to other hotels of the same category in that locality feel guests. Moreover, the amenities were not up to the mark and there was scope for a lot of improvement said the guests.
The hotel is located on a busy road and there is constant noise of vehicles passing by. Even sounds from neighboring rooms were easily audible, thus disturbing peace of the guests.
Breakfast served in the hotel was disappointing. There was hardly any variety offered and the menu was repeated every day. Guests said that the breakfast used to be over very early as opposed to the time mentioned. Moreover, the breakfast room was so small, that everyone had to bring food back to their room.
