Visitors remarked that the hotel has serious maintenance issues and they cite several issues. For instance, they mentioned doors that didn't lock properly, showers without hot water, toilets that wouldn't flush, lumpy mattresses, sleep number beds that didn't work and air conditioners that are excessively loud. Even for older hotel, guests mentioned that the maintenance department really needs to step up and address the issues.
