Rooms are well equipped and a good size. There is a dining table, TV, stereo, balcony, and if you are lucky enough, you will have a great view as well. However, you could be stuck with a view of a group of dumpsters as well!

The pool is clean and has regular inspections. The pool area is nice with gas BBQs for visitors, and the pool area is not far from the beach.

The resort is great for families with young children. There is an activity room on the premises along with a game room and other activities organized by the resort. The hotel is within walking distance to the pier and the boardwalk and very close to superb restaurants.

The thrust to sell a time share is something you will have to deal with at the hotel. It seems that time share clients have first choice at the facility as well. This may or may not be in your case; however, the time share sell seems to come with the accommodations. Don't be surprised if you receive calls afterward as well.

Parking can be challenging. The spaces are limited and other visitors tend to park outside the painted lines or in the no parking zones. It's a bit chaotic to say the least.

The soundproofing could be improved. Not only can you hear other people talking, you can smell their cooking as well! In addition, the furniture is somewhat aged and the rooms could use an update.
