The Hotel Offers a Shuttle Service
Guests really liked being able to use the hotel's free shuttle service that goes to the Crystal City metro stop. If you choose to walk instead of taking the shuttle, it's about a 10-minute trek, which still isn't bad at all. However, many guests were able to request being let off at locations that were en route to the metro stop.

The Accommodations Are a Good Value
This hotel is located in an area that's generally not thought of as being associated with reasonably priced accommodations. However, guests often discussed about how this property offered surprisingly good rates.
Negative Reviews
negative:
It Costs Too Much to Park
Guests had some gripes about how much it costs to park vehicles at the hotel. They thought the nightly rate was too steep. If you'll be parking your vehicle during a stay, be sure to leave some room in your budget.
negative:
The Bathrooms Are Cramped
Although guests usually thought the overall rooms were spacious enough, some commented that the bathrooms were too tiny. The small size was usually most problematic when families were staying together in one room and needed space to put their toiletries.
negative:
Noisy Elevators
Even when guests were placed in rooms that were a significant distance away from the elevators, some were still able to hear their their motors. In some cases, this problem caused disturbances when guests were trying to sleep. If you're concerned about that, be sure to pack a pair of earplugs.
