The complimentary airport shuttle service offered by the hotel is designed to offer 24-hour convenience but many hotel guests complain of long waits of more than an hour to be picked up from the airport. In addition to long waits, the hotel does not inform arriving guests that the shuttle service needs to be called before it can be sent out to the airport, a somewhat inconvenient detail.
