Those who ate at The Gunstock Inn said there was a great on-site tavern restaurant with tasty meals and lovely service, meaning they did not have to drive out for a meal.

The views from the inn's balconies are said to be fantastic, in addition to the cozy, rustic decor in this historic building, the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience to Gunstock Mountain.

Guests said the inn boasted a great fitness area and a large pool, while the staff also proved to be very pleasant and welcoming.

The inn was found to be in poor condition by some guests, with carpets stained, musty smells and mold present, and a general need for renovation called for. A few people said that it has a lot of potential, but is rather overpriced as it is.

A few of those who stayed complained that the Wi-Fi connection was not the best in some rooms, but many others seemed to have no such problems.

The continental breakfasts on offer at The Gunstock Inn were thought to be lacking in range by a small number of guests, with only a basic array of cereals and other fare on offer.
