What's up with the housekeeping? It seems that they never come to clean the room and you have to consistently ask for fresh towels.
The door locking system is not adequate. With the wear-and-tear on the premises, doors don't shut properly. Of course, this may not be with all room doors. You may not reach a comfortable level of safety if the doors do not lock properly.
The kitchenette would come in handy if it were better equipped. It's not stocked with cookware and silverware, which makes it somewhat useless.
