Guests found the rooms to be clean and tidy. They felt the rooms were cleaned nicely by the housekeeping staff members. They were happy to have new towels and linens on a regular basis.

Guests felt the restaurant was a nice place to unwind and have regional cuisine in buffet or menu. They felt the food was good and that the price was a bargain. They enjoyed having their meals here at the hotel's restaurant.

The staff were found to be friendly and attentive by guests. They felt the check-in and check-out were efficient and that the staff accommodated their requests such as luggage storage and transportation.

Guests were able to hear the noise coming from the next door rooms and in the corridors. It was a bit annoying to have a neighbour that was loud but even normal conversations were able to disrupt the guests.

Guests felt the rooms were spacious but that they were really lacking in furnishings. There was no furniture besides the TV and beds. There was also no mini fridge or kettles in the rooms. The rooms were too functional and minimalist for guests to feel comfortable.

The location was found to be good if the guests were looking to be close to the Autonomous University of Mexico, to the hospitals and to the soccer stadium. The central area is a bit far away so guests were looking to be close to these areas.
