Overall, guests were impressed with their accommodations. The recently updated rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. They have all the basic necessities for a satisfying stay, including a refrigerator and a microwave. Many guests also enjoyed the comfortable SleepNumber beds.

While the location of the hotel is great for commuting, the local area lacks in nearby facilities. Many guests were disappointed to not have many shopping, dining or entertainment options within walking distance.

Some of the staff was described as unresponsive to requests and uninformed about the local area or the hotel facilities. In addition, the complimentary shuttle service isn't always punctual and a few guests had to deal with long waits.
