Positive Reviews
positive:
Cosy and comfortable rooms...
Guests generally describe the rooms as comfortable and well maintained, not cramped but not particularly spacious, either, though many find the various amenities in the room (such as the well equipped kitchenettes) more than make up for the square footage. The free laundry machines and 24-hour pantry market are much appreciated conveniences.
positive:
Friendly, hardworking staff...
Many guests are pleased to report a cheerful and efficient check-in at the front desk, and give the kitchen staff high marks for their work on the complimentary breakfast and evening social. The dining area opens onto a large outdoor patio, and is widely considered an inviting spot in the summer months.
positive:
Great for business...
Business travellers like the hotel's location near highways 401 and 410, convenient for commutes into Mississauga, Brampton, or downtown Toronto. It's also within a short drive of the airport and Square One, a massive shopping complex. Many travellers recommend the Italian restaurant right next door, Atmosfera, and note there are many more casual options nearby as well.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Don't plan on swimming laps...
The pool is widely described as very small, though still popular with the little ones, and there is no longer a hot tub on the property, a big disappointment for some weary travellers.
negative:
Ups and downs...
Guests staying on the fourth floor have been annoyed to find only one elevator in the hotel, and some who opt to take the stairs note the stairwells are need of more frequent cleaning and freshening up. Housekeeping oversights in the rooms are occasionally reported also.
negative:
A matter of taste...
Though many guests find something to like the complimentary buffet and dinners, others are put off by the lack of day-to-day variety or the overall quality of the food.
