Positive Reviews
positive:
Peaceful location
The location of the Ereza Villas
Las Buganvillas is very peaceful and quiet. The town is just a mile away. Some
of the guests find it convenient to walk, others prefer taxis, which are cheap (about
four euros). One former guest remarks that the local amenities are a good walking
distance for daytime activities, but for going out for an evening meal, the
walk back is a little too long, hence a taxi is required. There's a grocery
store nearby, which is great for those who are self-catering.
positive:
Spacious apartments
Many guests have been delighted with the spaciousness of the apartments and the bright, mood enhancing decor. The bathrooms are also spacious. The modern decor gives a great feeling of lightness and freedom.
positive:
Good staff
The staff here is very good and attentive to the needs of the guests. There is daily housekeeping and any problems that are reported are immediately dealt with.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Shortage of cutlery/crockery
There have been complaints about shortages of cutlery and crockery in the apartments. Although the villas sleep up to six people, it's been noticed that only four are catered for with regard to crockery. The shower cubicle is also cramped, in spite of the spacious bathroom.
negative:
Car needed
Although amenities are within
walking distance and taxis are cheap, it is felt that staying in this location
is more enjoyable if one has a car to get around the island and view the sites.
negative:
Confusion with certain booking companies
It seems that there are several
different companies handling bookings to this accommodation and one company in
particular comes in for criticism, with stories of mix-ups, double bookings and
no welcome packs when guests arrive late at night.
