Members of staff on the front desk, the drivers of the shuttle bus and the employees who prepare and serve food are all friendly and highly professional in their approach to customer service.

Guests do not appreciate being required to pay for parking and Wi-Fi here, especially when they are under the impression that other hotels in the area don't charge for these services.

A number of guests felt that the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and required refreshing in order to match the high standards of other Embassy suites. The exterior and public areas would benefit from a lick of paint and the private bathrooms in the rooms need modernizing. According to some comments, an extensive program of renovation is currently underway which should hopefully remedy the situation, although it does mean that there may be some disturbance in the short term.
