Sometimes the housekeeping at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Charlotte-SouthPark is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.

The walls at this hotel are thin which may result in bleed-through noise from your neighbors beside and above you.
