The staff at the hotel are friendly and always seem to have a smile on their face according to travellers who add that the employees work hard to make sure you are taken care of during your stay.

Getting around the area is pretty simple since there is a lot to do within walking distance. The Emporium and EmQuartier shopping malls are a five-minute walk away. The Phrom Pong BTS Skytrain station is also a five-minute walk from the property and from there you can take the train to destinations around the city.

Upon your arrival at the hotel you will receive a complimentary chocolate chip cookie as a welcome present. Guests proclaim this nicity to be a real touch of class and also note that the cookie itself is quite good.

If you take breakfast at the hotel in the morning you might be a little disappointed. A number of guests state that the breakfast options do not change on a daily basis and that the overall experience is fairly average.

Accommodations are a little on the small side according to a couple of travellers who claim that some more space would be nice. While the rooms aren't suffocating, they are not the biggest accommodations around either.

Several visitors point out that the in-room Wi-Fi is not available for free and this is an inconvenience. The hotel does offer complimentary internet in the common areas of the property but does not extend this to the rooms.
