Negative Reviews
negative:
Air conditioning system is quite loud
Some of the air conditioning units in the rooms could be unbearably loud. When you can't bear the noise that your AC system is making, you can always ask for a maintenance staff or demand a room transfer right away.
negative:
Parking has many issues
You would have to wait for minutes until a member of the staff arrives to assist you in the parking lot. In addition, the parking lot is tight. Some guests also find the valet parking fee to be expensive. There are many public transport options so around, so it may be wise to not bring your own vehicle if it isn't really needed.
negative:
Issues with the room's security
The latch on the ground-floor window is a slide-type, which is meant to be installed on a cabinet- not on a window. In addition, the doors in some rooms that are connected to other rooms barely have locks on them.
