The Hotel Don Angel Santa Susana is located within easy walking distance to the beaches with various bars, shops and restaurants around. Guests loved the location and found it very happening with promenade just opposite where you can walk up and down on an evening.
Good Value for Money The hotel provides good value for money with its great location, amazing pools, pleasant staff, clean and spacious rooms with private balcony and good facilities, buffet restaurant with live cooking show, close proximity to various cafes and restaurants, and great customer service.
The two large outdoor pools at the hotel are well-kept, clean and well maintained with Jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers around the pool plus a pool terrace bar and a lifeguard always available. One of the pools has salt water along with a waterfall and there are a lot entertainment activities happening onsite which guests really enjoyed.
There is no Wi-Fi access in the rooms and is only available in the hotel lobby which left the guests disappointed. Internet connectivity in the rooms would be a welcome change that guests would love.
The hotel offers large rooms with no tea/coffee making facilities and tea/coffee is only available at the breakfast buffet.
Food Maybe Improved Few guests reported that buffet at the restaurant is not a very good experience and it could be improvised. Limited options, no labeling, and crowded area left the guests disappointed.
