Guests have enjoyed cooling off in the two pools at Diana Garden Resort Pattaya due to their fair size and cleanliness.

Jasmine rooms on the ground floor at this resort have been specially designed to cater to guests on wheelchair using ramps for easy access of resort wing , gardens, and the pool area. The air conditioners in these rooms are remotely operated with furniture carefully arranged to create ample space for easy maneuverability.

Several guests have talked of having a great time during their stay at this resort regardless of the accommodation category they selected, which they credit to the cleanliness in the refurbished rooms. Additionally they have appreciated their large size, furniture with appealing natural materials, and interior decoration geared towards a highly relaxed atmosphere.

The noisy air conditioners in the rooms have elicited complaints from guests who have reported experiencing a difficult time trying to catch a nap.

A few guests have voiced their frustration at the roundtrip shuttle service offered by Diana Garden Resort Pattaya which they say is difficult to time especially when heading back to the hotel from the city due to the unpredictable traffic, a complex shuttle itinerary that bypasses major shopping spots, and the bus' small capacity (only 16 passengers at a time).

Guests have found it odd that this hotel does a good cleaning job in every other part of the hotel but neglects to clean the windows some of which are covered in layers of dirt and grime.
