Hotel Demó (Milan, Italy)

Most guests found that the staff members were friendly people who answered guest queries without a problem and with a positive attitude. They gave good information of the hotel and the area, while wake up calls were on time.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal by most guests who enjoyed being very close to the train station, as well as bus stops that could take them to other parts of the city or the airport. Guests were able to stay in a location that is not exactly central but close to the main transports.

The rooms and common areas of the hotel were found to be very clean and tidy. Guests could see the effort placed in cleaning the hotel on a daily basis, and it did not go unnoticed. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed as well.

Some guests heard the noises coming from the next door rooms and they could hear practically every movement. They were annoyed the walls were not more insulated.

Some guests found the room smells to be distracting for them. Some had cigarette or detergent smells that was felt by guests. They would have liked for the rooms to not smell of smoke or to use cleaning detergents that are less strong.

Some guests found the breakfast to be lacking and would have liked for some effort to be put into the items presented. The selection of items at breakfast was very limited, and some hoped to have more bread and fruit.
