Despite asking for a no smoking room some guests found that the rooms still smelled very strongly of stale smoke and in addition on the walkways outside there are cigarette butts everywhere.
Although the breakfast is complimentary you would expect to receive a little bit more than just cereal and toast with some guests left disappointed that there wasn't anything else offered such as fresh fruit or yoghurt and on occasion the food had actually run out before some guests had even got there.
A really thorough cleaning is needed in rooms with carpets dirty, bathrooms musty and with mould patches on the walls and ceiling along with broken taps and ripped shower curtains and a layer of dust on furniture. There have also been reports of bed bugs and guests being bitten.
