Located in one of the most traditional districts of Lisbon, Cozy Lisbon Graça building is a 19th century construction completely renovated in 2017. The building consists of 6 apartments totally devoted to the union between Traditional Portuguese Design and Contemporary Architecture. Graça building also has the particularity of including a shared garden with orange trees between all our apartments. Apartments description: GRAÇA 1A - Our studio with terrace The room includes a double bed with dimensions of 1.60 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest. GRAÇA 1B - First floor city view studio The room includes two single beds with dimensions of 0,90 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest. GRAÇA 2A - Second floor studio with garden view The room includes two single beds with dimensions of 0,90 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest. GRAÇA 2B - One bedroom and city view The room includes two single beds with dimensions of 0,90 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest. It also has a sofa bed in the living room where can sleep one adult or 2 children. GRAÇA 3 - Our two bedrom with garden and city view The room includes four single beds with dimensions of 0,90 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest. It also has a sofa bed in the living room where can sleep one adult or 2 children. GRAÇA 4 - Forth floor studio with terrace and river view The room includes two single beds with dimensions of 0,90 x 2.00 m prepared with sheets, duvet and a set of bath towels for each guest.
