The staff here work tirelessly to do all they can to ensure that you have a really enjoyable stay and it seems that nothing is too much trouble for them. They will give you a warm welcome and will always stop to say hello. Many members of staff have been mentioned by name for all their hard work and constant excellent customer service.

There is a wide range of food for you to choose from and something to suit everybody's tastes from traditional Indian dishes, to Chinese and Western dishes and in addition there is a choice of an a la carte menu or a buffet counter including vegetarian options and the knowledgeable servers will help and give advice on ingredients and recommend the best dishes to go for.

The pool is kept clean and well-maintained and is a nice way to burn off some energy or simply somewhere to relax after a long day as is the gym which is well-equipped and has everything that you need for a good workout and then you can also go to the steam room to unwind.

The air conditioning units in rooms are not very effective and often don't work at all which is frustrating as they are sorely needed a times with the high temperatures in this part of the world.

Towels are not always changed by housekeeping and when the complimentary toiletries run out then these are not always replenished.

Although there are designated smoking rooms you can still smell smoke elsewhere and it has been reported that previous guests have been placed in a smoking room despite asking for non-smoking.
