Guests appreciate the location of this aparthotel. The centre of Avia Napa is only a ten-minute drive, and guests specifically mention that they enjoy that Nissi Beach is only a short taxi ride away. The combination of nightlife and readily available sun and surf are strong pulls to this destination.

Most of the guests here appreciate the management. The assorted staff receive good grades from the guests, as they're reportedly amiable and willing to strike up a conversation and provide information on local points of interest, including travel tips to each of the three local beaches.

Guests report that Cosmelenia is a reasonably priced destination, and its affordability is further bolstered by the included breakfast, which saves guests time in the morning versus resorting to dining off-site.

While some guests find the rooms here to be cleaned to a satisfactory degree upon their arrival, many others are not as impressed. For instance, there are frequent complaints that towels are only changed every few days.

While the room rates may be low, some guests are less-than-impressed with the amenities included within the rooms at Cosmelenia. Guests describe the rooms as “basic” and “old fashioned,” citing the fact that outside of private bathrooms, there isn't much to the standard rooms. Kitchenette's are only offered in the studios.

While not all guests seem to be affected, it is routine for the bar to play music until midnight or even later, depending on the night. This music can be loud and does seem to interfere with the rest of some guests.
