The guest rooms at Coral Lagoon Resort have a number of issues including uncomfortable beds, leaky bathtubs, a shortage of hot water, holes in walls and doors, tired decor and furnishings, a strange smell, mould in the bathroom and air conditioning that doesn't work.
Guests reported that this peaceful resort transforms into a giant party after dark and it's centered in the nightclub but also spills into other areas including the beach. The noise level is high and yelling and loud music can be heard in the rooms and this continues until at least 3AM. Guests also reported that after these parties, the nearby beach is full of empty beer and wine bottles.
Some guests reported not feeling safe at this resort as there seems to a lack of security. There is no fencing around the property and the doors are wide open so anyone off the street can enter as no one is watching.
