Everyone loves a beach front property and this hotel was no exception; it provided great access to the Med, making it a good choice for those looking for a seaside holiday. But in addition to this, many guests were very pleased to find that this hotel was located close to Benidorm's Old Town, putting visitors within easy reach of the area's pubs, clubs, shops and restaurants.
While the rooms here at basic, guests were incredibly impressed with the standard to which they are kept. Not only are the interiors spotlessly clean, but the towels are changed on a very frequent basis. This was something that guests - especially those on longer stays - really appreciated. The in-room amenities are also solid and many were very pleased to find fridges in their individual units.
The café/restaurant located on the property's ground floor seems to be especially popular with guests. Though continental, the breakfasts here garner much praise and the freshly squeezed orange juice is a real hit.
Some guests were disappointed to find that in-room tea and coffee facilities here are lacking. Those who did have kettles were annoyed to find that the cords on these appliances were rather short, meaning that guests had to set them on the floor in order to use them.
The noise here doesn't come from pubs and clubs, but from early morning cleaners and deliveries. This, unfortunately, did disturb the rests' of a number of guests.
While the quality of the continental breakfast here is solid, quite a number of guests would have liked to have seen some hot offerings in the mornings.
