Superb Downtown Location
This is an ideal venue from which to explore the attractions of downtown Cleveland. Excellent proximity to the Cleveland Convention Center, Greater Cleveland Aquarium, Browns Stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Horseshoe Casino and Terminal Tower. Lovely views over Lake Erie. Makes a beautiful wedding reception/banquet/conference venue. Pool, fitness area and sauna/steam room are compact but convenient and clean. Self-park and valet parking options are available for a fee. The lower level bar and restaurant are greatly appreciated for their accessibility and late hours. The concierge and convenience shop offer snacks and beverages and the daily on-site breakfast does not disappoint!

Clean, Cozy Rooms
Some felt they were smaller than expected, but the beds are comfy and views are gorgeous. Clean, quiet and well-appointed with lovely complimentary toiletries and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. There's a fee for the Wi-Fi, so check with reception on that. It's apparently free for Marriott Rewards members.

Delightful staff go out of their way for their guests' comfort. Easy check-in, friendly smiles and good attention to detail. Don't be surprised if they remember your name and extra special touches come your way on anniversaries and birthdays.

Mind the Charges
Some were charged more than expected on their credit cards, and others were charged on their cards even though they paid cash. Getting charges reversed is no simple task either.

The prices for valet parking, regular self-park and daily internet fees are high to some, as are the basic room prices. Check around and compare.

Noise Issues
Some had noise problems from loud sounds, possibly pipes, in the walls of their rooms, but issues were easily resolved by asking the front desk to switch rooms. If the hotel is fully booked, you might run into difficulties, however.
