Chateau and its scenic surroundings were in the past popular in the community of many prominent personalities. One of the most remarkable ones is undoubtedly Alfons Mucha, who lived at the castle for nearly 20 years and created here the entire Slav Epic. The chateau restaurant “U Rudolfovy kratochvíle” is opened every day (11:00 – 23:00, weekend 24:00) and serves a seasonal menu while using the high quality ingredients only. Castle exposition offers an attractive tour by the history of the castle and also a little peak into the story of Templar knights. Open daily from 10:00 till 17:00, guided tour every each hour, also souvenir shop. Reception open 24 hours and main building of hotel has the elevator and wheelchair access and on the second castle courtyard are apartments. Cable access internet at the all rooms, Wi-fi at courtyard and restaurant - free.
