Hotel Centro (Rome, Italy)

Most guests agreed their rooms were tidy and clean during their stay. They were able to enjoy their stay in the rooms while not worrying about the unclean environment.

The staff members are said to be friendly and accommodating. Some even mentioned one particular staff member by name and remembered him fondly. He was very knowledgeable of the city and was a delight to talk to. They suggested good places to head to.

The hotel is in a central and convenient location in Rome. Guests were within walking distance of various attractions and the main Termini train station. The other public transport stops were also nearby, as well as various restaurants and shops.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be a bit slow and lacking by some guests who tried to use it. It was too slow or did not even work when they tried. It is said to have worked only during certain periods and in certain areas.

Some guests felt the breakfast left much to be desired as none of the items seemed fresh. One guest mentioned the coffee was from a machine. There were pastries, yogurt and hams which were sometimes lacking if one did not get there early enough.

Some guests felt the hotel could do with a bit of modern décor and furnishings. They thought certain parts of the hotel like the lobby, reception and their rooms were too dull. They felt some new painting and some new furnishings could help the look of the place.
