Casino fun all round.
The Horseshoe Southern Indiana provides great fun for all. Guests will find the casino to be fun and exciting, which offers those that haven't been before, a chance to enter a poker tournament. Guests have spent many a happy evening in the casino.
positive:
Helpful, knowledgeable staff.
The front desk attendants are at hand to assist any guests with any enquiries they may have. Guests have found that if the hotel doesn't provide a certain feature, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful on where they can find what they are looking for.
Negative Reviews
negative:
In-room channel surfing limited.
Guests will find that staying in their rooms will be a bit of a bore, as the amount of channels supplied on the flat screen TVs are limited to only a few. The late night entertainment options at the hotel provide guests with plenty of other options, as opposed to spending an evening indoors, watching TV.
negative:
Pricey menu items.
With four restaurants onsite, guests will find themselves offered an array of choice at mealtimes. Unfortunately, the meal options are on the steeper side than one may expect, and they may prefer to select a meal from the cheaper, quick bites option from the café's menu.
negative:
Hard to make a reservation.
Unfortunately guests will find that when they attempt to make a reservation, the lines are always busy, and that they will have to be on hold for some time before being able to get through to someone.
