positive:

Aside from the fact that the rooms are well-equipped, guests also loved that the appliances are well-working. The tea and coffee making facilities are fully functional, as well as the fridge. Complimentary materials are also provided, such as coffee and tea packets, toiletries, slippers and others.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi is only at the lobby
There was no Wi-Fi in the individual rooms, and the advertised free Internet service is only accessible at the lobby. Frustrated guests had to go outside and find a shop that offers free Wi-Fi, while others had to stay on the lobby just to access the web.
negative:
Mediocre breakfast
Breakfast is mediocre, with nothing unique or special to leave the guests impressed. Moreover, guests were infuriated, as the breakfast always seemed to run out of porridge/congee, which according to some reviewers are fine-tasting. The breakfast was so uninspiring that some had to dine outside.
negative:
Unimpressive TV set
Many guests were not satisfied with the number of English-speaking channels on the television, stating that the only “watchable” channel was HBO. Others were disappointed with the TV set itself. Rooms have LCD TVs, but some are mounted on the walls with many of its wires exposed.
