Negative Reviews
negative:
Minor maintenance issues
There were occasional minor maintenance grumbles about dim lighting, hot water that took a while to warm up and weak water pressure in some rooms.
negative:
Noises an obstacle to sleep for some
Noisy air-conditioning and noise from adjacent rooms sometimes disturbed a few critics. One disadvantage of rooms facing the square for some light sleepers was that they could hear the Krakow bugler playing hourly day and night.
negative:
Mixed feelings over breakfast
Although the breakfast appealed to many travellers, it didn't live up to all guests' expectations. There were occasional reports of slow service. Moreover, the choice of five set menus was a bit limiting for some.
