Many guests liked the location for easy access of the highway but also for local sight seeing. The hotel is close to Hampton Beach. A shopping area is right across the hotel making it easy to take care of daily necessities. Many guests use this location as a stay-over if they travel further. The hotel is also not far from Boston.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Amenities like a kitchenette add value to your stay. Guests generally enjoyed the quiet location and felt that the hotel charges good rates for the rooms provided.

The staff received many good reviews. Friendly and personable, they are there to improve your stay by providing recommendations or directions. If there were any issues the front desk did their best to resolve them to the satisfaction of customers.

Many guests felt that some rooms are in serious need of an update and feel a bit run down. It seems some of the suites have been updated, as the reviews are really mixed and depend on the room class guests booked. Deluxe suites seem to be better, so you might want to upgrade to this room type.
