Noisy neighbours
Although the hotel is located in a quiet part of the street, the hotel itself has poor sound proofing and guests reported that they were disturbed by the sound of neighbouring guests who were being noisy. For a quieter night, it's also recommend that you request a room away from the elevators to avoid being disturbed by people coming and going.
negative:
Room service is not as advertised
Guests reported that you can order room service, however the food will not be delivered to your room and instead you are required to go downstairs and pick it up yourself.
negative:
In-room inconveniences
Although all rooms are air conditioned, guests reported that it does not work well at all times. The rooms can get hot and stuff at times, especially in the warmer months, despite the air conditioning being turned on. Other guests reported experiencing a shortage of hot water in the shower.
