Excellent made-to-order breakfast!

Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are unexpectedly small!
Guests had some issues with the unexpected size of the hotel rooms. Both the single and family rooms were quite small and some guests especially those who were tall had difficulty moving around. The private bathroom seemed to be a little bigger than the size of the actual rooms.
negative:
Small and uncomfortable beds
Aside from the dirty sheets, most guests had issues with the actual size of the beds provided. The king size bed was only double beds that were combined, and the quality of the mattress was very uncomfortable. Moreover, guests noted that they could feel the springs which was quite painful for their backs.
negative:
No lift provided
Due to the lack of lift, guests especially those who were placed at the upper floor and who have mobility issues, had some difficulty taking the stairs. This issue was also inconvenient for those who carry a lot of luggage.
