Negative Reviews
negative:
Loud entertainment kept some guests awake
As with a lot of hotels, the evening entertainment takes place around the pool area. Some guests with rooms overlooking the pool have commented that it's very loud until the entertainment finishes - sometimes getting on for 11pm. If this is a problem, you may wish to request a quiet room upon booking.
negative:
Can't speak French?
It's worth bearing in mind that Morocco is a French speaking country therefore this is the first language spoken in the hotel. Staff do know enough English to be able to get by however guests looking for a hotel with entertainment geared towards English guests may wish to look elsewhere.
negative:
Poor drinks package
Some guests who stayed all inclusive at the hotel have been disappointed with the drinks included in this - only a couple of spirits, beer and pop. Other drinks are at a premium.
