Those who stayed at Senhora do Monte were generally impressed with the service, and mentioned the staff as being courteous, friendly and very helpful with matters like providing tourist information. Furthermore, the simple continental breakfasts served along with Lisbon panoramas were very much enjoyed, not the least for their fresh, tasty fare.

The apparently stunning views from the rooms were thought to be the highlight of a stay here, thanks to the hotel's unique hilltop location. On top of this, the rooms are said to be clean, comfortable, quiet and came with a good standard of both wireless internet and air conditioning.

According to reviews, this hotel is located right next to the Senhora do Monte lookout point, and handy to some lovely cafes, restaurants and shopping in Graca, as well as one of the famous hill trams. Guests also said they were just a short downhill walk away from central Lisbon, and the Martim Moniz metro station, even if the return trip was rather more strenuous.
