Negative Reviews
negative:
No communal kitchen
There is no communal kitchen in this hostel, an element many guests find very frustrating. Reviews suggest a shared kitchen is usually a staple facility in a hostel and are consequently surprised and disappointed that this property does not feature one.
negative:
Small bathrooms
The en-suite bathrooms are frequently criticised by dozens of guests who find the size far too small to be practical. Reviews comment on the difficulty of using the bathrooms comfortably, guests would much prefer communal bathrooms which were bigger and less claustrophobic.
negative:
Surcharges for extra items
Many of items carry an extra charge for usage, including towels, fans, hairdryers and toiletries. Guests find this frustrating and feel that the charges are too high, given the amount already paid to stay in the hostel.
