Positive Reviews
positive:
Fantastic Brisbane Location
This hotel offers a brilliant location that is about a 10-minute walk to the River Walk where you have access to many shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. There's a bus stop right outside the house which makes for easy access into town and to the ferry if you need it. With a coffee shop across the road, the guesthouse is well situated for guests.

Strong Wi-Fi Signal
Unlike many hotels, guests appreciate that this one offers a solid Wi-Fi connexion that can be accessed in all public areas. This is especially perfect for those travelling on business.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lacking Key Amenities
Guests say rooms are a bit small and do not have air conditioning to keep it cool. Some rooms have a ceiling fan, so be sure to inquire about that before arrival. Also, note that there are no TVs located en suite or the guesthouse itself.
negative:
Property Needs Some TLC
These facilities are in need of a refresh. Guests say the property feels run down and basic in appearance.
negative:
Hostel-style Property
Keep in mind that this is more of a hostel-style property than an actual hotel. Some rooms are en suite, but most are not, and you're likely to end up sharing a bathroom during the length of your stay.
