The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located beside the Mestalla football stadium, near the centre of Valencia. It is located very close to La Malvarrosa beach, the promenade and 15 minutes by public transport from the City of Arts and Sciences. The Facultats metro stop is only a 5 minute walk away. It offers single and double studios with air conditioning, private bathroom and kitchenette. The residence has a fitness center, a terrace, a study room, a self-service laundry, a games room with a pool table and 24-hour reception. This residence is open to the university community all year round. It offers accommodation to all members of the Educational or University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups; and holders of an international student card or similar. In the case of not belonging to university or educational community, it is necessary to provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF).
