Guests have been very happy with this hotel's close proximity to Glorietta Shopping Center. This afforded guests the opportunity to find top-rated restaurants and great shops within walking distance of their accommodation.

Many guests have commented that this is a very safe and secure hotel. It is not only situated in a clean and safer part of Manila, Makati but also employs a security team for the benefit of guests and their safety.

Due to the amenities offered at this hotel, like free Wi-Fi, and its location in the heart of the central business district, this hotel does see a lot of business-orientated guests. These guests have been very happy to recommend this hotel. Check in was efficient, staff were professional, the convenience of the well-equipped 24-hour business center and the five meeting rooms on-site all added to a great stay at this hotel for guests doing business.

This does not affect all guests but for the guests concerned, this proved to be a negative at this hotel. Guests who have stayed multiple times at the Holiday Inn hotels receive a higher level status with every stay. Guests have complained that this hotel was not good at recognizing guests with a higher status and did not afford them the elite and prioritized service they were entitled to.

In many reviews regarding the Holiday Inn hotel, the customer-service and friendly staff have been praised extensively. This hotel however has not received such reviews. Staff were said to at least get the job done but not with as much friendliness as what would be expected and appreciated.

The general cleanliness of the rooms at this hotel have not been well reviewed. Simple attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and washing of rooms will go a long way.
