Not just insofar as the event itself is concerned, but when it comes to guests who aren't attending the event hosted. Guests who have stayed at this hotel while there has been a big event on have boasted that this hotel was still very accommodating and attentive to them despite not being part of the big group.

Some guests have laid complaints about the administration at this hotel not being perfect. In some instances there has been confusion upon check-in and also whether guests were entitled to a breakfast they had already paid for.
