The entire operation of the hotel is overseen by ultra-friendly and efficient staff members. The perfect recipe for an enjoyable stay!
Everything in the rooms is very clean and the rooms themselves are well fitted out with a fully equipped kitchen. Impressively, everything is sparkling clean!
Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke and there's evidence of cigarette burns on bed linen etc. non-smoking? There's also evidence of mold. Fairly standard complaints, but there's no excuse for the problem in the first place.
The air conditioning just doesn't work and the room just continues to overheat. If you're unlucky, you'll also have a room overlooking the parking area ... with lots of interstate noise at all times of day and night.
After the designated breakfast (very strict) finishing time you can't get even the simplest food and drink items, for love or money. Everything is locked up, Fort Knox style!
